GlowPet is an online platform operated by GlowPet Studio that allows users to create custom pet portraits using artificial intelligence.

Through GlowPet, users can upload images of their pets, select from available artistic styles, and generate AI-based portrait previews.

Users may also choose to order printed versions of these portraits as canvas products delivered to their specified address.

GlowPet provides tools and services to facilitate this process but does not guarantee specific artistic outcomes or results beyond what is reasonably described on the platform.

To use GlowPet, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of GlowPet.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information up to date.

GlowPet is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner that may harm the platform or other users.

GlowPet allows users to upload images and other content (“User Content”) in order to generate custom pet portraits.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform.

By uploading User Content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to use and submit that content.

You agree not to upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.

By submitting User Content, you grant GlowPet a limited, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to use, process, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the GlowPet services, including generating AI portraits and fulfilling orders.

GlowPet does not claim ownership of your User Content.

However, we reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

GlowPet uses artificial intelligence to generate custom pet portraits based on the images you upload and the styles you select.

You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may vary and are influenced by the quality, composition, and characteristics of the images provided.

As a result, generated portraits may not exactly match your expectations or the original image in all details.

GlowPet does not guarantee specific artistic outcomes, styles, or levels of accuracy beyond what is reasonably represented on the platform.

By using GlowPet, you agree that variations in AI-generated results are inherent to the service and do not constitute a defect or failure of the service.

All prices for GlowPet products are displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices that apply to your order.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment provider Stripe.

GlowPet does not store your full payment details.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

GlowPet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including errors in pricing, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with your order, unless otherwise stated.

GlowPet products are custom-made based on your selected images and preferences.

Production times may vary depending on order volume and processing requirements.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond GlowPet’s control, including shipping carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, GlowPet is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping providers.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving delivery issues.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

GlowPet is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

GlowPet products are custom-made based on your selected images and preferences.

For this reason, orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery.

We may request supporting information, such as photographs, to review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

If an issue is confirmed, GlowPet may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

GlowPet is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from subjective preferences, including artistic style, interpretation, or expected likeness, where the product has been produced in accordance with the selected options.

You agree to use GlowPet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the platform to upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

You must not misuse the platform, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, or use automated systems to extract data without permission.

GlowPet reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for users who violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the platform or other users.

GlowPet and its content, features, and functionality—including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software—are owned by GlowPet Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from GlowPet.

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the images you upload.

The AI-generated portraits created through GlowPet are provided for your personal use.

GlowPet retains all rights to the platform and underlying technology used to generate such content.

GlowPet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays or defects.

While we strive to provide high-quality results, GlowPet does not guarantee that AI-generated portraits or printed products will meet your specific expectations or preferences.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlowPet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlowPet and GlowPet Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or purchase of products.

GlowPet’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Your use of GlowPet is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, as well as how we use cookies and similar technologies.

By using GlowPet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies.

GlowPet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, legal requirements, or our services.

When we make updates, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of GlowPet after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
